We offer a variety of physical therapy services to meet your child’s needs
Your child will receive a 1-hour therapy evaluation including skilled observation, written assessment, individualized goals, and age-appropriate standardized testing. Typically completed in the home setting to allow for opportunity to connect with your therapist and observe your child where they are most comfortable.
Comprehensive Evaluation
Your child will receive individualized therapy sessions either 30-60 minutes in length with parent education and personalized activities to try at home. Sessions can be held in a variety of locations including local and state parks, playgrounds, and in your own backyard. When extreme weather conditions arise, sessions can be held at home or public indoor facilities.
1:1 Therapy Sessions
Under the Trees PT is currently offering cash-based physical therapy services.
Our goal is to be credentialed with Delaware BCBS and B23 insurance in 2027!
Standalone Rates
Comprehensive Evaluation (60 Minutes): $200.00 per assessment
Individual Treatment Session (30 Minutes): $80.00 per visit
(Recommended for younger babies and diagnoses such as torticollis)
Individual Treatment Session (45 Minutes): $110.00 per visit
(Recommended for most other sessions - especially outdoors!)

The 30-Minute Treatment + Evaluation Package
Includes one (1) 60-minute Comprehensive Evaluation
and ten (10) 30-minute treatment sessions.
Total Package Price: $950.00 (Upfront savings of $50.00)
The 45-Minute Treatment + Evaluation Package
Includes one (1) 60-minute Comprehensive Evaluation
and ten (10) 45-minute treatment sessions.
Total Package Price: $1,200.00 (Upfront savings of $100.00)

What do I need to get started?
Contact us to discuss your child’s PT needs and register your child - we use SimplePractice for all intake information as well as billing/payments
Obtain a script from your child’s pediatrician for “Physical Therapy - evaluate and treat”
Once registration is complete and script is received, we will work together to schedule a day and time that works best for you!
